Meeting opened at 7:30 by K1TA. Minutes of October meeting approved as posted.
Department Reports:
Finance: No significant changes reported. Checking and savings accounts similar to last month.
Board: No board actions this month.
Technical Committee: Curt reported a power supply issue with his Fusion repeater, which was fixed. All club repeaters all operating properly.
Education Committee: No classes have been scheduled. Expecting to run a class in the spring.
Special Events: No events
Nominating Committee: The nominating committee (K1WYQ, N1PLH and N1ZD) has nominated the existing officers to serve another term: President K1TA, Vice President WB2JVB, Secretary AI1V, Treasurer W1PPL. Nominations from the floor are open until the January meeting, when voting will occur.
