Club Information

The Greater Norwalk Amateur Radio Corporation (GNARC) is a registered, non-profit corporation. GNARC’s goals include fostering increased use of amateur radio, assisting the community with communications in emergencies and planned events, and encouraging new people to join this exciting hobby.

GNARC – is an affiliated club of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL). We have monthly meetings at our own communications center which is located at 100 Fairfield Avenue in Norwalk, CT. This comm center is equipped with multiple HF and VHF/UHF operating stations, a tri-band beam on a tower, full internet access, kitchen and meeting area. We encourage you to visit and take part in all our activities!

Daily chats take place anytime on all of our club repeaters. See the repeaters menu for info about our 3 repeaters. We have one of the busiest and friendliest repeaters in Connecticut, so please jump in at any time!

We also have “nets” on various days when amateurs gather from all over Fairfield county to participate on the air. The GNARC repeaters are in Norwalk, CT.

We are always looking for new friends to join in, so program those radios and jump into the conversation!
